  • Electronic Supra Lock Box (allows licensed agents to enter your home and it registers the date, time and information of the agents. allows comments/feedback about the property from the showing agents) OR Realtors Combination Lock Box.
  • Full Service Credit - If you decide to upgrade to a full service listing, $1,495 will be credited back to you at closing. All contracts and negotiations will be done by me on your behalf directly with the Buyer's Agent or Buyer (if not represented by an agent).
